Build and run our field sales team. You report to the CEO, sell in the field yourself, and recruit, train and coach the reps.

- Recruit, onboard and coach commission-only field reps.
- Run the weekly pipeline: territories, lead heat, visits, follow-ups, closes.
- Sell in person alongside your reps, especially in the first months.
- Tune the pitch, objections and territory plan with the CEO based on what closes.

- You have built or led a field or door-to-door sales team, and you have personally closed deals in person.
- You manage from a CRM and a funnel, not gut feel.
- You are comfortable with a commission model and coaching people who are paid that way.

- Design tools, memory and guardrails so agents act correctly and never overclaim.
- Run evaluations across frontier and local models and pick what works at the right cost.
- Work in our own GPU lab with local LLMs, image generation and 3D pipelines.

Decide what an AI company builds next. You sit between business owners, sales in the field, and the engineers, and you own the roadmap and the packaging.

- Talk to owners every week and turn what you hear into a prioritized roadmap.
- Own packaging, onboarding and the moments where customers succeed or stall.
- Write specs engineers want to build from, and measure whether they worked.
- Work directly with the founder on what to build, sell and stop doing.
You are a fit if
- You have owned a product end to end and can explain what you decided and why.
- You are at ease with customers and with code.
- You want founding equity and real ownership, and can work onsite in Oklahoma City.

Things worth knowing before you apply.
Are these paid roles?
Sales roles are commission plus founding equity, with no base salary at launch. Engineering and product roles are founding-equity roles with no cash salary at launch. We are upfront about that here, and every term goes in writing before anyone starts.
Employee or contractor?
At launch these are independent-contractor (1099) roles. You set your own schedule and methods within a defined scope. We will move to employees with salary as revenue supports it, and the agreement covers how.
Can I work remotely?
Not right now. Everything is onsite or in the field in Oklahoma City and Edmond.
I do not fit every bullet. Should I apply?
Yes. We read every application ourselves. Real shipped work and real closed deals matter more to us than a perfect match.
